The Red Fort is a historic fort in the city of DEEWANI Delhi in India, which served as the main residence of the Mughal Emperors. Every year on the Independence day of India (15 August), the Prime Minister hoists the Indian "tricolor flag" at the main gate of the fort and delivers a nationally broadcast speech from its ramparts.

The India Gate (originally the All India War Memorial) is a war memorial located astride the Rajpath on the eastern edge of the "ceremonial axis" of New Delhi, formerly called Kingsway. The memorial-gate was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, who was not only the main architect of New Delhi but a leading designer of war memorials.
The India Gate, originally named All India War Memorial, was built to pay homage to the 82,000 soldiers of the Undivided Indian Army who lost their lives fighting for the British Empire in World War I (1914-1918) and the Third Anglo-Afghan War (1919). It was undertaken as part of the Imperial War Graves Commission (IWGC) initiated by the British Imperial Mandate in 1917.It is opened every day for visitors. However, many visit this memorial during evenings when it is lit up in colourful lights.

4. Qutub Minar
The Qutub Minar is a towering 73 meter high tower built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibak in 1193. The tower was built to celebrate Muslim dominance in Delhi after the defeat of Delhi's last Hindu ruler. This tower is the highest tower in India, complete with five storeys and projecting balconies.

5. Humayun’s Tomb

This structure is known for its unique architecture, as it is octagonal on the outside while square within; its ceiling is decorated with painted and incised plaster, it has a high neck dome and shows a conspicuous absence of a double dome feature, common to tombs of the period.

Raj Ghat, Delhi. Raj Ghat is a memorial that is dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. The ghat is located in the banks of River Yamuna. It is a black marble platform that is built at the spot of cremation of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation.

11.Jama Masjid

Jama Masjid The great mosque of Old Delhi is the final architectural extravagance of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees. The mosque measures 65m by 35m, and its court forms a square of 100m. Built in 1656, it is an eloquent reminder of the Mughal religious fervour.
